Preschool Academy

WCCS Preschool Academy is a two- and three- year old program under the umbrella of Wise County Christian School. The Academy incorporates early childhood development in a caring Christian atmosphere. Students achieve preschool standards while enjoying all of the benefits of the WCCS campus. Hot lunches prepared on site, recess, and P.E. are just a few of the activities our little ones enjoy each day. Our academy students learn proper social skills and grow academically with our 2’s and 3’s curriculum, based on higher (national) standards.

The Preschool Academy operates on the same schedule as the school: 8:15 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Students must attend a minimum of four days per week.

Elementary and Middle School

Our elementary grade levels are Pre-k through 5th and middle school grade levels are 6th through 8th. Students in both categories benefit from daily Bible instruction as well as higher (national) standards in major academic subjects: history, mathematics, language, reading, and more. With smaller class sizes, students receive more attentive instruction. All students have the option of ordering hot lunches prepared on-site, as well as access to a fully-equipped gym for P.E. and recess.

Weekly chapel services, caring and compassionate teachers, and a safe and loving environment make our school an inviting place to learn and grow.

High School

WCCS High School consists of grades 9th through 12th. Our high school curriculum is intense, at or above national standards, and includes Bible and Apologetics as well as the appropriate major subject areas for each grade level. High school students benefit from current technology in all classrooms, several extracurricular sports, clubs, and activities, and will soon have access to our new vocational program once our newly-constructed vocational building is complete.

As with every grade level at WCCS, high school students attend weekly chapel services. We strive to provide a warm, caring environment where our students can feel secure and comfortable, all while growing spiritually, emotionally, and academically.
